I just got my belly button pierced a day ago. I had been wanting to get my belly button pierced for about 6 Months. When I first ask my mom if i could get it done she like freak out!!!! But i kept talking to her about it and came up with some good reason of why i should get it and plus my twin sister had already head her nose pierced.So she eventually gave in .

I really didnt care were i got it done at i just wanted it to be a safe place and i wanted to do it the right way (by having my mom sign and give me permission to get it done). When i walk in with my sister and my mom we sign the papers and went right in… a lady was there in the room and she just mark me and told me to lay down in the chair.

I WAS SO NERVOUS AND AT THIS POINT I KNEW THERE WAS NO TURNING BACK . So i watched her do it and holded my sister hand but it went by so fast that the only thing i had time say was “OUCH” LOL. IT IS SO CUTE NOW IM HAPPY I GOT IT.

It really didnt hurt it feels like getting pinch real hard for like 3 seconds its kinda sore in the lady told me to use saline contact solution n thats it and she told me not to touch it that much and pretty much just let it heal. Idk how long its gone take to heal but so far so good and im glad that i got it .

So for years i wanted to get my belly button pierced but i knew my mom wouldnt let me before i turned 18.

so about 2 months after i was riding to school with my friend and i saw a shop across the street from the school and decided that friday i was going in there to get my belly button pierced. So my friend and i went in, i was so scared…

just for the record i don’t even have my ears pierced! so the guy who was going to do the piercing for me told me to lay on the little table so i did i think i was shaking a little bit. my friend was telling me to calm down ill be fine. so i closed my eyes and waited while the guy cleaned my belly button then marked where the hole would be.

i was holding my friend’s hand the whole time. she later told me i squeezed to so hard she had imprints… i told her she should feel bad for who ever gets me pregnant he may not have any hands lol. anyways so the guy puts this thing on my belly button it was a needle i think but im not sure cuz i wasnt lookin i knew if i did i would chicken out.

so i feel a pinch it didnt really hurt that bad… but it shocked me a little. then the guy took out the needle and put in my belly ring… after it was all over he cleaned it again… i didnt even bleed that much. but when i got home my little sister hit my stomach it hurt like hell… and sleeping was pain because i sleep on my stomach…

but now its been almost a year and everything is fine

I never really thought of getting a belly piercing until one time my friend was talking about wanting to get it done. I kinda started thinking about getting one but I knew my parents would kill me if they found out!

One day while I was out shopping with my friends, I saw a piercing place and since I had just turned 18 figured, what the heck, I’m going to get my belly button pierced!

The place that I went to was very clean and I knew a lot of people who have gone there with great reviews. When I walked in the man asked what I wanted and I told him that I wanted a navel piercing. He asked if I wanted it done now so I said yes.

I read a little paper work, showed my ID, signed my name and I was good to go. He led me into a back room and had me lay down on the chair. He very carefully explained the entire procedure and showed me the tools he’d be using and santized them so I could see that he did. I was a little nervous but with my friends by my side I knew that I would be alright.

He told me that the clamp is the worst part. He put the clamp on my belly and it kinda hurt but it wasn’t too bad more like a pinching feeling. On the count of three I was told to hold my breath as he inserted the needle. It was a really weird sensation it made me feel a burning warm feeling deep inside it was hard to explain but it didn’t last too long and bam! I had my new piercing

After it was over, he told me to clean it twice a day with some saline solution and not to swim for at least 2 months and if i’m thinking about changing the jewlery to check with him first. I looked at the mirror and abdolutely loved it!

It’s been 3 months since I’ve had the piercing and I’ve had no problems at all. It’s still healing but Im not going to change it until I know its ready. My parents still don’t know about my piercing and I’m hoping to keep it that way

Well, I all started when I was about 10 years old. The moment I laid eyes on my first navel piercing I knew it was for me. My parents knew as well but they never said I couldn’t get it until they realized how serious I was!

The years passed by and I was 15 years old. It seem as if every girls around me was popping up with navel piercings. So, I finally ask my mom to take me to the piercing place.

She said not until my 16th birthday

I figured that was okay since it was only a couple of months away. I patiently waited until my 16th birthday on during my annual birthday dinner I brought it up. She said no….again. I. Was. Pissed. I mean seriously, she couldn’t just let me know from the get go that she wouldn’t allow it?

She spouted some crap about me not being responsible enough and talked about how my second hole got in infected (pierced with a gun…at Claire’s! Never again). So I turned to my second line of offense. Good ole’ daddy.

I mustered up the courage to ask him and he had a fit! I didn’t know what else to do, both parents were out of the question. I told them that I was just gonna pierce it myself, and I seriously thought about it for all of two seconds (that’s how long it to me to regain my common sense). Then I thought about my local flea market since I knew they wouldn’t care about age.

I had to once again regain my common sense, they were terribly unsanitary. Eventually, I gave up for a few weeks, which turned into months and before I knew it I was seventeen! I once again ask my parents and they once again told me no. I’m not the type to go behind my parents back, but this was serious!

So I called up my god sister and she said….no. Grrrrr! Well, at least she had a good reason. She didn’t want to get caught in the middle if I got caught. Eventually I persuaded her and and Friday at around 12:30 p.m. we set off to the “mall”. Once get got to the tattoo shop/piercing parlor we were told that the piercer was at another location doing a tattoo, but would be over in about 30 minutes.

Was so happy I was there that I didn’t mind the wait one bit! 45 minutes into our wait my sister decided she wanted to get a third tattoo. I had no problem since she was doing me a favor anyways. One tattoo later and the man was still not there! So my god sister and i just chilled with two of the tattoo artists.

Four hours later the man FINALLY arrived! We went straight to the back (I signed no papers), we chatted for a bit, I picked out a red surgical steel barbell with beautiful stones on the tips, and I was ready to get pierced. He put this iodine stuff on me with a Q-tip, took the barbell out of the sterilized package, and opened the package with the needle in it. Everything was a one-time usage thing.

Then he marked me with a purple pen and told me to lay down and put triple antibiotic ointment. I did so, and when he was about to shove the needle though I told him that I had to use the restroom. He laughed and asked me if I was serious or stalling. When I started telling him that I was really nervous and explained to him how long it has been since I wanted this piercing, he shoved the needle through! It only felt like a prolonged pinch.

Then he put the ring in and presto chango! I had a brand new piercing for the world to see (when I want them to). The next day I went to a party and showed off my piercing. So far no infections, bleeding, or complications (knock knock on wood).

I love it and my parents still down know anything. I’m going shopping for belly rings with my best friend this Friday!

A week before my 15th birthday I decided on what I was going to use my 50 birthday bucks I get from my Nan each year. I thought really hard and long about it.

For as long as I can remember I’d always wanted to get my navel pierced but I was never old enough. And I just had forgot about it. So I decided to get my navel pierced!

So the day before my birthday I went to the local tattoo & piercing shop with my cousin and Poppie. Walked in and everyone looked really different, like we were from different part of the world. I was really nervous! Most of the employees were all tattoo’d up and piercing everywhere! That didn’t help with me being as nervous as I was.

Me being absolutely terrified of needles made the experience even more overwhelming. So my Pops had to fill out the consent form. And while we waited there were 2 people getting tattoos in the rooms with the doors open, they looked really calm but I was really scared. I thought about forgeting it and leaving.

Next after looking through the tattoo books it was my turn! OMG I was so scared I was shaking! The piercer looked like the red head son with the long bushy hair and facial hair of Paul Sr off the chopper show. He was really nice! So he took us back in a closed off quiet room.

He took cleaning stuff rubbed it all over the surrounding areas of my navel, then took a marker and put a small dot on my navel. I was so scared I didnt even want to look I just wanted to get it over with. I looked said okay and sat on this really weird and uncomfortable chair that had no back!

He put the clamp on my and played around for a few seconds finding the right place I guess. And that clamp hurt. I couldn’t look he pulled out that needle and he said he would count to 3 and stuck it in on 1!

It stung alittle but it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be, the only thing that was bad was that clamp thing.

It’s all healed and well now, it’s a little crooked but I’m very happy with it! I think I may get another below it soon!

As I entered the peircing shop.. My heart started to pound. I was soon inhailing in and out as i reached the counter. I stepped up and told the girl “1 belly button piercing please”.

She told me i would have to wait about 45 minutes as there were many people there to get that same piercing. I did as i was told and left the counter. I ended up going out from lunch and then retourning the same heart pounding shop. I stepped up and the lady already recognized me. My friend smiled at me as she was there to support me

A man came out and waved his hand to come in a small cluttered room. He talked to me, and explained that “Most girls scare themself’s with the attached stress more than the actaul pain.” So, i took a breath and smiled

I knew i was ready to do this. I had been wanting it for sometime now. The man shined a light on my stomach and started to draw 2 dots on my belly. I wasn’t even nervous at this point. Following his instructions i layed on the small bed thing. He cleaned my belly button and took a needle to it. My friend smiled as i squeezed her hand in shock. It really was not that bad!

As he sled the barbell in i made a funny face. It was not very painful it more just like and “ouch!” I stood up and led myself to a mirror. I was SO happy with the results! Afterwards he explained to me how to clean and take care of it. I listened well and thanked the man. Sometimes the fear of doing something can be cool. It shows you are somewhat brave to actaully get something on your body pierced.

I was SO happy in the end with no doubt i left the shop with a smile on my face and a sexy looking belly button

In July I had asked my dad to let me get my navel pierced for the first time! As I expected the answer was a NO. So he and I made a bet……I get honor roll and I can get it done but it had to be all 4 marking periods. Knowing me that when out the window in the first marking period. As holidays went by…my birthday, Christmas, New Year, Valentines Day, and Easter.

Now it was track season! YAHAH!!!! Now there was a new deal. Run the 400m in a minute or less. Now that’s super hard considering I was in middle school! I made it to counties and got gold in the 200m, 400m, and 4×4 relay! Since there was bad wind my dad said I would have made it under a minute.

Also, I won 3 gold in COUNTIES, a major accomplishment! So he decided to let me get it done.

On 5.15.09 myself and my friend Sam went to pro ink in York, PA. As we entered there were 3 men sitting there chatting! The one with the hat and the tattoos got up handed Sam and I a paper to sign, and our parents signed and we headed on back to a room with a reclined chair.

The man got out a box and let us chose our body jewelry. Of course I went first…he had me stand and dotted me with a purple marker. Then, he put the clamp on me and instructed me to lie down on the chair. He made a couple jokes and told me on the count of 3 to take a deep breathe.

As I did so the needle when through. He then told me to exhale which I had a hard time doing. Then I was done! Did hurt a bit. Sam went through the same thing. My purple belly ring and her white belly ring shining with the lights in the place. Since then I have been taking care of my navel ring. As for Sam she had to take it out and screw it back through for cheerleading.

Nothing really inspired me the most. I just wanted to feel more sexy! I was 21 at the moment and I’ve been wanting this since I was only 16. like about 3 days ago when my husband got paid we went shopping for our daughter and later that night right as they were about to close the piercing shop we arrived.

I WAS SO NERVOUS. I felt as if I was going to fall and my knees couldn’t resist my whole body! It was really quick and it didn’t even hurt. I just felt a pinch. Most people say that it hurts more when they put they belly ring in but for me it didn’t . I guess most people are just scared and nervous but its nothing really!

It was really my decision to go to the piercing shop, but just not at that moment because I and my husband are trying to save money to get our own place.

So any ways about the piercer he was really nice he explained about the needle and that it was not gonna hurt and that I had to relax and not be tense but after it was all done he didn’t explain nothing on how to take care of it.

I had to ask him everything… like wth? I could’ve sued him if something would’ve happened! Any ways he was really nice other than that I guess he was just in a hurry to close his shop. It has not healed yet due to the fact that I just got it like a couple of days ago but I recommend you to get one its so cute and it looks sexy.

It might be even motivation if you have a little gut cause when you look down and see your belly ring you’ll be like aww man I gotta go work out hahaha!

Since about the 9th grade I have wanted a lip piercing but my parents absolutely hate them and really any other facial piercings. Well, this year I’m a senior in high school and thought about just doing it cuz hey I’m 18 ya know

Well, I mentioned it and my mom said if I did she would not pay for my car insurance and phone bill and I would have to start paying rent.

Well, I wanted my lip done but shoot I’m not that dumb

So finally one day she was talking to my neighbor and piercings came up and she said to my utter shock and awe that she wouldn’t mind me getting a belly piercing!

Shoot i was so excited I jumped on that and it was agreed if I passed my math class she would pay for half of my piercing.

Well, that week I passed that class cuz I was taking it on the Net. So I go in to get it done at this really nice guy’s tattoo place he happened to know my boss at the jewelry store so he gave me a hella of a deal.

So now I have my belly done and as soon as I can switch them my boss will make me a custom belly ring that I get to design ha ha ha. I’m soooo happy!

I have always wanted a belly piercing but my mom is super catholic and her answer has always been no!

I got my ears pierced when I was a baby so i didn’t really know the pain level or anything of that nature. My first year in college, me and my best friend had been talking about getting our belly buttons pierced but I wasn’t too sure because my mom is a maniac!

After a random day that included buying a hamster, doing my nails and getting locked out of our car (infront of a tattoo/piercing parlor), we decided that we were going to pierce our belly buttons. At the place you had to be 18 to get it without parents concent, I was only 17, and I didn’t have my I.D. on me anyways or cash, neither did my roomate. Our other friends that we were with were determined to see us doing something crazy, so they convinced the guy to pierce our bellies and my best friend put it on her credit card.

The experience was hillarious. We walked in and it was already pretty late in the day. When its finally our turn, my friend decides to go first because she didn’t want to hear me in “the pain and agony of being pierced.” She lays on the chair and the guy gets everything together and finally gives my friend her piercing. We just hear a huge hollar come from the room and start laughing histercally!! She said it was extreamly painful. I was next! I layed on the chair and waited for a sharp pain. In the process of holding onto my friends hand and watching her record me, the guy pierced my belly button and all I could say is that my friend is a total drama queen. It didn’t hurt one bit!

Two weeks later I went home. That was a really bad move! My little brother likes pulling stunts and decides that he wants to tell my mother that I had gotten my belly pierced (without really knowing that I had.) My mother storms into my room and pulls up my shirt to reveal my freshly pierced belly. She lets out a few curses and makes me take out the piercing, so I did. 15 minutes later while driving to some store, I shove the ring back into my stomach, re-piercing it. I thought it was going to get infected, but I had been and continued to take care of it by washing it out with Dial soap and putting A&D ointment on it. Even though it pussed and got a little red after that it healed perfectly.

I’ve had my piercing now for about a year and a half and I couldn’t be happier!!
