SURPRISE!

I’m very mature for my age. I’ve always been the daring girl with the big boobs, no joke!

I’ve wanted my belly pierced since 5th grade when my best friend and I saw a picture of one in a magazine. As years passed I forgot about it.

I got my ears pierced. Then double pierced. Then I had my cartilege pierced. After adding a second cartilege and a triple piercing, i remembered my belly.

I started asking in January. Time and time again my parents refused. I even tried shoving a push pin in one day to see how much it would hurt. Finally i put together a packet to show how dedicated i was to getting this done. My parents said i could! I was so excited!

So i went online and found an amazing place called the body gallery. One day after volleyball practice my dad showed up to drive there, we entered in the address into the GPS in our car. But it was so weird, we showed up at the place, a really shady, creepy store with tinted windows and thugs hanging around smoking.

My dad told me that if it was dirty we were going home. So we walk inside and BOOM. It was bright, clean, sanitary and had classical music playing and a fountain. SURPRISE! SURPRISE! So the man who did mine, Ben, was extremly nice and professional and answered all my questions.

Honestly, he looked scary. He marked it, made me lay down and clamped it. So I’m terrified of needles, as in, typically i need to be drugged for my flu shot. So here i am, laying down on the table, gripping my phone for dear life.

He pierced it. I’m not gonna lie, it hurt. Only For about 4 seconds. then it was done! I was the first to get it done in my school and im so excited to show it off at the beach this summer!

It all began 3 months ago when I saw a girl with 10 piercings on each ear, which suited her SO well. I was both fascinated and curious about those piercings and we ended up talking for hours. Ever since, I’ve been drawn to the wonderful art of body piercing which is what got myself into piercing my ear and belly.

The first body piercing I chose was my cartilage. It didn’t hurt at all! The piercer told me to take a deep breath, and before I knew it, a gorgeous tiny silver hoop was on my ear. The first few weeks were indeed painful, especially when I was sleeping.

About 2 months later, I woke up one day and saw a picture of Vanessa Hudgens with SUCH a sexy and cute belly ring, I made up my mind on the spot to get one. This time, I did a little more research. In the end, I decided to just gut it. So I went with my friends to a highly recommended tattoo and piercing shop and chose a glimmering single-gemmed clear belly barbell.

As it turns out, it was SO painful. I endured about 10 seconds of pure pain on my belly and clenched my teeth until it was over. The piercer told me afterwards that she had to push the needle through more slower than normal because I had a “tough stomach”. She also took quite a while getting the little ball at the top of the barbell to screw into place. But in the end, I looked in the mirror and it looked simply divine!

Strangely, the weeks following my piercing, I didn’t feel any pain in my belly at all. Only when I accidentally catch it on my jeans, clothes or towel after I shower is when I feel a quick sharp pain. All my friends absolutely LOVE it and they say it’s the sexiest body piercing ever. I haven’t told my parents about my belly ring yet because it’s so easily concealed by clothing, but they’ll find out sooner or later.

Right now, my belly ring doesn’t hurt at all anymore and I’ve bought many different dangling, reverse, playboy belly rings to change into. So get a belly ring if you’re thinking about it, you’ll never regret it!

My Painful Belly Piercing

About a year ago my cousin got her belly pierced and all my family went mad, i had the idea in my head to get my done, but i knew my mum would never say yes.

Around septemeber just gone i asked my mum as a joke if she would ever let me get it done and GUESS WHAT ? she said YES, but i was way to scared. All my friends were going mad at me, they wanted theirs done but weren’t allowed.

Anyway Novemeber comes and i’ve been told it doesen’t hurt at all, so i said to my mum yeah let’s get it done why not. I didn’t think she ever actually get it done for me, but yesterday (24th decemeber 08 ) she said it can be a xmas present and we went to the body piercing place (punktured) i picked a double jewelled belly bar and i signed some papers with my mum and then i saw the lady get some scissors, they looked pretty scary.

By now i was very very scared. Me and my mum entered the little room which looked alot like a dentist room along with a dentist chair. Anyway the woman marked me with a fine purple pen and asked me if that was where i wanted my piercing and i said yeah that’s alright.

So then all of a sudden i feel this great deal of pain and i closed my eyes, but my mum told me the used the scissors to clamp my skin and i was so frightned and then a couple of seconds laters it’s done. i was allowed to look in the mirror before the plaster was put on and my belly bar was a so beautiful even with the pain i had.

i did think i was weird, because none of my friends had this pain. I thanked my mum and the woman i was really happy. I walked out of the shop with my mum, but i have to admit i was in so much pain all of that day including some of today (25th decemeber 08 ) .

If you really badly want you belly done then i would go for it, but if you’ve only just decided, think carefully :].
